Fill in your clinic details and patient information. Leave the date and time of collection blank — the patient completes this when they collect their sample at home.
The patient pays your clinic directly for the test before taking the kit home.
Fresh samples ensure accurate results. Please stress to your patient that their sample must be posted on the day of collection, or the following day at latest. A Freepost envelope is included in every kit.
Results are returned directly to the referring clinic. Colosafe is a threshold test with three possible results:
